Create or upgrade a Social Fanout API key through Stripe checkout. Paid checkout provisions a plan-scoped API key after Stripe returns a completed checkout session.

## Plan behavior

- API-key limits are plan scoped.
- Connecting accounts does not consume destination platform slots; first publish to a destination type reserves that type for the current UTC month.
- Facebook and Instagram count as separate destination platform types even when connected through Meta.
- Signed-in checkout attaches the paid key to the dashboard user.
- The dashboard selects the paid key after checkout when possible.
- Dashboard-created keys inherit paid metadata when a paid key is selected.

## Provider availability

Paid access does not override social provider review. Publishing still depends on connected accounts, OAuth scopes, account permissions, provider approval, and live provider health.
