By using socialfanout.com ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What socialfanout.com Does

socialfanout.com is a developer API that lets you publish content, fetch accounts, and manage social-media connections across multiple platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, and others) through a single interface.

Your Account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. Treat it like a password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including posts published via your API key.
• You must own or have permission to publish any content you send through the Service.

Acceptable Use

You will not use socialfanout.com to:

• Send spam, harassment, or content that violates the terms of any connected platform.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Publish content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or violates third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to overwhelm the Service.
• Resell the API as your own without a written agreement.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X), your use of that platform is governed by its own terms. socialfanout.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. We pass your content through their official APIs only.

Billing

• Pricing tiers are listed at socialfanout.com/#pricing.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe-backed keys can open the Stripe billing portal from the dashboard, or you can email hello@socialfanout.com.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically only for service outages we caused.
• Persisted API keys enforce platform-type, monthly publish-attempt, and billing-status limits during early access. Excessive, unpaid, or abusive use may be throttled, suspended, or moved to a Scale plan.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected platforms may change their APIs, deprecate features, or rate-limit calls — we will do our best to keep up but cannot guarantee any specific platform will work at any given moment.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content you publish, downstream platform actions, lost revenue, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maui County, Hawaii.
