   Instagram Comments and Messages available

   Eligible Professional accounts can authorize Comments and Messages separately. Comments supports explicit replies, hide/unhide, and deletion of app-created replies. Messages supports customer-initiated, text-only replies inside 24 hours. Automatic replies and media replies are not offered. Each app's approval, account grant, subscription, native results, and production app mapping were verified.

   Facebook comments and Messenger now available

   The approved apps are now available to eligible Page admins after per-Page authorization. Comments replies require an explicit request; Social Fanout does not auto-reply, and the dashboard requires a human click. Messenger remains customer-initiated, text-only, and inside the standard 24-hour window; cold outreach, automation, media replies, and Human Agent are not offered.

   Facebook Page comments and Messenger approved

   Meta approved the dedicated least-privilege apps for Page comment receive and explicit public replies, plus customer-initiated Messenger receive and explicit text-only replies inside the standard 24-hour window. Each capability still needs its own eligible Page grant, webhook subscription, and deployed native receive/reply verification before becoming available. Cold outreach, automatic replies, media replies, and Human Agent are not offered.

   Clearer validation and precise media handling

   Private validation is labeled as not sent, and publishing asks you to review the selected destinations and exact text. API validation and live requests use separate request keys. Excess media is rejected instead of silently discarded; TikTok Direct Post requires an explicit supported privacy choice. Links in Bluesky post text now include native clickable URL facets.

5. Sep 6, 2026Connections

   Confirm the API key before connecting an account

   OAuth connection links from the dashboard, API, and MCP now open a Social Fanout confirmation step. Sign in as the selected API key's owner before continuing to the social platform. The callback must return to that browser and can be used only once. Start again if a connection attempt began before this update. Provider permissions and availability are unchanged.

6. Sep 1, 2026Verification

   Pinterest reconnect and public Board lookup verified

   Production-host OAuth reconnect preserved the existing connection without deletion or a duplicate, and a fresh public Board lookup succeeded. The dashboard now refreshes its Board cache after reconnect, ignores stale responses, and leaves Board selection explicit. Pinterest publishing remains limited while final publishing checks are completed.

   Reconnect Pinterest without starting over

   Publishing setup now offers Reconnect for an existing Pinterest connection. A successful authorization replaces its credentials while keeping the same connection ID and local labels, without deleting the row or creating a duplicate. Confirm the live Board owner afterward. Standard approval is complete; public native publishing proof remains a separate availability gate.

   Pinterest Standard access is active. Publishing remains limited while final publishing checks are completed. Immediate posts only; scheduling is not available.

    Threads Publishing available

    Threads text and image publishing is available for eligible connected accounts after Meta approval, with token renewal in the production connector. Required scopes and account eligibility still apply.

    Standalone Instagram image and Reel publishing is available for eligible Professional accounts after Meta approved the required basic and content-publish permissions. Instagram Comments and Messages remain separate review lanes.

    Open a receipt to see its state timeline, provider details, available metrics, safe recovery guidance, clone and schedule controls, and secret-free REST/MCP examples. Templates remain in that browser rather than becoming a server-side workspace claim.

    Cancel safely before dispatch

    Cancel an unclaimed schedule from Posts, REST, or MCP while retaining its canceled receipt. Once dispatch begins, Social Fanout fails closed rather than pretending it can recall a post.

    Schedule posts with durable receipts

    Schedule future posts from the dashboard, REST, or MCP. The Posts agenda distinguishes scheduled, provider-accepted, published, failed, and action-required work. Pinterest Trial remains immediate-only.
